Upcoming Coaching Courses
Level 1 Courses
In this two-day course, you’ll learn how to teach the snatch, clean, squat, and jerk as well as how to best utilize weightlifting movements for beginner lifters and sport performance athletes. The course is appropriate for anyone looking to increase their knowledge on the sport of weightlifting and coaching.

Level 2 Courses
In this two-day course, participants will delve deeper into topics covered in the Level 1 course. You’ll learn about organizing and selecting exercises for weightlifting, biomechanical analysis of weightlifting movements, competition preparation, how to build periodized training plans, and how to systematically detect, correct, and cue technique flaws on the snatch and clean and jerk.
